This is an outdoor event, please plan accordingly. Depending on the weather, you may want a jacket or sweater once the sun goes down. We have been spraying for mosquitos, but it’s always a good idea to have bug spray. You will need your ID to drink alcohol. Every attendee will be required to get a 21+ age wristband to be served alcohol. You will certainly want to have cash for food & beverages as well as our helicopter golf ball drop and raffle tickets. There will be an ATM on site, but cellular service is spotty, which could impact service. Most importantly, don’t forget your parking pass & wristband! The tickets are just a souvenir, they are not necessary to attend the concert.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE. There will be 3 gourmet food options for purchase and each one of them is contributing a significant portion of their sales to the charity! See more information below for a taste of what they have to offer.
This event is held on private property, so please contain the trash. Garbage cans and recycling containers will be placed throughout the event for your convenience.
19731 Bunker Hill Road in Woodstock, IL.
Gates Open at 5:00 pm
DIRECTIONS: You will enter from the Bunker Hill Road entrance (not Brookdale Road). For your GPS, you can use 19731 Bunker Hill Road in Woodstock, IL. That puts you right about at the entrance, which is a gravel drive. Look for the orange cones.
Traffic Tip: We would like to spread out arrival patterns so we aren’t causing any backups trying to turn left onto Bunker Hill Road. This has been a safety concern for us since Bunker Hill Road does not have a turn lane.
Arriving From The North through Harvard: You will take Route 14 South East to Bunker Hill Road (1.3 miles past Lembcke Road), Turn Right (West) onto Bunker Hill Road. The event entrance will be 1.4 miles from Route 14.
Arriving From East through Woodstock: Your route should take you through the intersection of Routes 14 & 47 in Woodstock. You will take Route 14 Northwest 7.5 miles to Dunham Road (2.3 miles past Rose Farm Road), turn Left (West) Onto Dunham Road. Take Dunham Road 2.8 miles to North Menge Road, turn right (North) onto North Menge Road, that will dead-end into Bunker Hill Road. Turn right (East) onto Bunker Hill Road, and the event entrance will be 1/4 of a mile on your right.
Arriving from Interstate 90: Take 90 all the way to Route 20 (Exit 42 Hampshire/Marengo), and take Route 20 North 9.3 miles into Marengo. In downtown Marengo, you will turn right (North) on Route 23 (also called North State Street). Take Route 23 North 7.3 miles to Bunker Hill Road (1 mile after Dunham Road), turn right (East) on Bunker Hill Road. The event entrance will be 1.8 miles from Route 23 on your right.
Please have your parking pass visible as you enter the property. Any vehicle without a parking pass will not be permitted to enter the property, and there will be no parking passes for sale at the entrance. If you need an additional parking pass, you may purchase one below (it will include an added $25 will-call fee.) Your parking pass will be available for you at the will call pickup.

Parking volunteers will assist you, so please follow their directions. If our parking lot fills up, you will be instructed by our volunteers to park along the entrance road. If you park along the road, please pull far enough over that all limos, buses, production equipment and emergency vehicles have plenty of room to pass safely.
Limos, Buses & Ubers: You will still need a parking pass to enter the property to get dropped off. If your driver is staying, you get dropped off at the limo/bus drop off area. Your driver will continue past the lodge and exit the main gate and turn left onto Brookdale Rd. They will then turn left onto Bunker Hill Road and re-enter the Bunker Hill Road gate and continue to the Limo/Bus parking lot that is marked with a sign. After the show, when your group is ready at the Limo/bus drop off, you can call your driver to come pick you up where they dropped you off.
If your driver is not staying, you can unload at the marked Limo / Buss drop off area and your driver can follow the road past the lodge and exit the main gate. Your driver should be back by 11:00 pm for pickup. They will come in the same way they dropped you off and wait at the Uber/Taxi Pickup for you (make sure you point out this location you will pass on your way in, this is where you will meet your car at the end of the night). Please inform your drivers to park as far over as they can. There will be hundreds of vehicles exiting after the show and they must be able to pass easily. A parking pass will not be required to enter the property after 10:30 pm (in case you don’t get the same driver).
Please put your wristbands on before you enter the concert. Anyone without a wristband will not be allowed into the show and will be escorted from the property. Your tickets are just a souvenir piece, they are not necessary to attend the concert.
Bring your blankets, chairs and anything else you will need from your vehicle. You will be able to walk back to your vehicle should you need anything, but it can be a long walk depending on your parking location. Only chartered car services will be allowed to stop at the drop-off area.
When Leaving After The Show: You will exit the parking lot at the East end of the lot (not where you entered the parking lot), then continue on the road all the way past the lodge and out the main gate onto Brookdale Road. If possible, please take the opposite turn from the car in front of you (to help spread out traffic). Left will take you to Bunker Hill Road and right will take you to Dunham Road. You can take any way you wish home from there.

9:00 – 10:30 pm – Old Dominion
10:30 – 15 Minutes of MAYHEM!!!!
Food will be available for 30-45 minutes after the show or to take home.
11:00 pm – All good things must come to an end….

A single entry is a $20 donation with options up to 75 chances to win for $1,000.

Entries will be sold on site and you place your tickets in the jar of the raffles you wish to enter. Winners will be drawn at 8:50 pm on the stage. There are multiple locations to place your tickets, this does not matter, they will all be combined before the drawing.
A single entry is a $10 donation with options ranging up to 160 tickets for $1,000.
Three gourmet food options will be available with a variety of items available for purcahse. Most can take credit and debit cards, but please bring cash incase CC machines aren’t working properly due to our remote location. Some vendors will have drinks for purchase as well.
Each vendor is donating a portion of sales to Bunker Hill Charities, so we encourage you to purchase food!

Rockin’ The Hill 2018 will be be the largest crowd and fundraising event for Bunker Hill Charities. With a large crowd assembled, our biggest concern is your safety. Our security and event staff will be scattered to assist and direct you. The Harvard Fire Department will also be on site incase of any emergency.
We want everyone to have a great time, but if “That Guy or Gal” is putting a damper on the good times, please let us know immediately. McHenry County Police Officers will be on site to remove anyone messing with your good time!
