• Your ID – Every guest will be required to show your ID for an over 21 wristband for drinks. Every attendee needs an over 21 wristband to be served alcohol.
• Your Parking Pass – No vehicle will be permitted in any parking lots without a parking pass. Parking passes will be available for purchase at the off-site parking lot for $40 if you forget yours or don’t have one. There will be no parking passes available at the Bunker Hill Entrance. If you don’t have a parking pass, you will be sent to off-site parking.
• Your Wristbands – Your wristbands are your concert admission. The tickets are a souvenir and are not required to enter the concert. Your wristbands are what you need to enter the concert venue, but also to get to your seats.
• Cash – We have some incredible raffles this year, as well as the helicopter ball drop. Don’t miss out on your chance to get an autographed guitar, or some incredible raffle prizes. We also have 4 gourmet food trucks serving throughout the show. An ATM will be on site, but cellular service is spotty and may impact the ATM service.
• Bug Spray – We spray for mosquitos, but it’s always a good idea to have some bug spray, even just to have in your car.
• Jacket or Sweatshirt – This is an outdoor venue, please plan accordingly. It can get chilly when the sun goes down.

Rockin’ The Hill 2019 will be be the largest crowd and fundraising event for Bunker Hill Charities. With a large crowd assembled, our biggest concern is your safety. Security will be strict, so please stay in your ticketed areas. Event staff will be scattered to assist and direct you. The Harvard Fire Department will also be on site in case of any emergency.

Gates Open at 5:00 pm

Please have your parking pass visible as you enter the property. Any vehicle without a parking pass will not be permitted to enter the property. If you need an additional parking pass, you may purchase one through the link below and your parking pass will be available for you at the will call pickup (located in the off-site parking lot). If you forgot your parking pass, you can purchase one in the off-site parking lot when you arrive (Cash only).

Parking volunteers will assist you, so please follow their directions.

Limos, Buses & Ubers:  You will still need a parking pass to enter the property to get dropped off. If your driver is staying, you will get dropped off at the limo/bus drop off (marked on the parking map). Your driver will exit onto Brookdale Rd, turn right and park in the remote parking lot where you will be shuttled to at the close of the show. There will be no pickups and no vehicles entering the Bunker Hill Gate after 9:00 pm.

If your driver is not staying, you can unload at the marked Limo / Buss drop off area and your driver can follow the road past the lodge and exit the main gate. They will pick you up the the remote parking lot 1219 Brookdale Road, Woodstock, IL 60098. A parking pass will not be required to enter the remote parking lot after 10:00 pm (in case you don’t get the same driver). There are no pickups at the concert location and no vehicles will enter the Bunker Hill Gate after 9:00pm.

Please put your wristbands on before you arrive. Anyone without a wristband will not be allowed into the show and will be escorted from the property. Your tickets are just a souvenir piece, they are not necessary to attend the concert.

Bring anything you will need from your vehicle. There will be shuttles running all night long to the off-site parking lot incase you forget something from your vehicle.

Leaving From On Site Parking: You will exit the parking lot at the East end of the lot (not where you entered the parking lot), then continue on the road all the way past the lodge and out the main gate onto Brookdale Road. Because of shuttle bus traffic to off-site parking, McHenry County Sheriffs will be directing you to turn left onto Brookdale Road toward Bunker Hill Road. You can take any way you wish home from there.

Leaving From Off-Site Parking: Complimentary shuttles will take you to the off-site parking lot. When you exit that lot, you will turn left only (south on Brookdale Rd) to avoid traffic backups with the onsite parking exiting northbound. Once you reach Dunham Road, you can go any way you wish from there.

At 7:15 pm, a helicopter will drop numbered balls on the green, and the closest to the pin will win first choice of 6 autographed guitars. The second closest picks next and so on.

Entries will be sold on site at several different locations including registration tables.

A single entry is a $20 donation or 6 entries for $100.

Entries will be sold on site and you place your tickets in the jar of the raffles you wish to enter. Winners will be drawn at 8:30 pm and winners will be displayed on the video screen. There are multiple locations to place your tickets, this does not matter, they will all be combined before the drawing.
