Custom Workouts
Bunker Hill Farm’s personal trainer is at your disposal to create a custom workout for your outing. Sessions are customized to your preference, ability level and interests. Our trainer is certified, and has been running personal bootcamps and kids’ camp activities for Bunker Hill Farms for the last five years.
Cardio, aerobic, bootcamps, whatever your group desires, our trainer will craft a personalized training session for groups utilizing what nature has provided. Spread across the property, our workouts encompass cardio with rocks, ropes, and all kinds of various obstacles placed throughout the property. Each workout is customized and guaranteed to challenge you in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
